Job summary

The role serves as a key liaison between headquarters, internal stakeholders, and external customers to ensure operational alignment and efficiency in a growth-focused automotive IT environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in accounting, finance, procurement, or related disciplines.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively with customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage navigation software license operations including forecasting monthly sales and purchase data and controlling map purchase costs.
• Analyze customer sales data to generate business intelligence insights for planning and decision-making.
• Administer software license agreements including MSAs and sublicensing with manufacturing entities.
• Perform procurement activities including GR creation, PO review, and payment analysis.
• Manage MapCare invoicing and monitor customer account balances across divisions.
• Develop vehicle research and strategic planning reports for North America.
• Oversee contractual management of navigation-related information services.
