Job summary

Truist seeks a lead pricing management professional to support Retail Bank branded lending products. You will apply pricing economics, regulatory knowledge, and go-to-market practices to drive profitability and growth across lending portfolios.

Responsibilities include developing pricing insights, coordinating with product, finance, risk, and channels, monitoring competitive pricing, and ensuring pricing decisions align with credit risk and governance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher.
• 7+ years’ experience in Banking, Lending, or Credit card product and/or pricing experience
• 7+ years’ experience in pricing or analytics role
• 7+ years working in or supporting product management in a direct to consumer business
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing insights to inform pricing strategy and set pricing recommendations for the line of business, monitor profitability of current pricing.
• Manage trade-offs of profitable volume growth; apply pricing modeling including client elasticity; coordinate with credit risk analytics.
• Develop pricing test strategies and optimize scalable learnings with product teams.
• Partner with product, finance, risk, capital markets, and channels to leverage pricing as a strategic tool.
• Track market share and competitive position; report pricing changes based on vendor data.
• Lead value proposition analysis and consumer research to guide pricing decisions.
• Coordinate pricing governance, pricing system requirements, and cross-business initiatives.
• Maintain deep understanding of Retail bank secured and unsecured lending products to guide pricing strategies.
• Execute pricing to support product growth and profitability and monitor impacts.
• Leverage consumer feedback to understand behavior, needs, and expectations.
• Maintain relationships with treasury, finance, risk, marketing, operations, technology, accounting, legal, and compliance.
• Ensure pricing activities comply with regulatory and governance reviews.
