Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 7+ years in Banking, Lending, or Credit card product/pricing.
• 7+ years in pricing or analytics role.
• 7+ years in product management in a direct-to-consumer business.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software products.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing insights to inform pricing strategy and set pricing recommendations for the line of business.
• Manage pricing trade-offs and profitability, coordinating with credit risk and analytics.
• Develop pricing test strategies and optimize scalable learnings with product teams.
• Lead cross-functional pricing workgroup with product, finance, risk, and channel partners.
• Track market data and competitive pricing to guide pricing changes.
• Lead value proposition analyses including consumer research for pricing decisions.
• Coordinate pricing reviews, governance, systems, and change control for pricing enhancements.
• Understand Retail bank secured and unsecured lending products to inform pricing guidance.
• Execute pricing to support product growth and profitability and monitor pricing impact.
