Job summary

Truist is seeking a skilled analytics professional to support the CSBB Deposit portfolio. You will drive growth targets, model pricing strategies, and collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and Risk to optimize funding and profitability.

The role requires 6+ years in banking analytics, strong SAS/Excel capabilities, and a deep understanding of deposits and regulatory standards. This is a full-time position based in Charlotte, NC with cross-functional responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.
• 6+ years in Banking or Financial Services with analytics experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in deposits, price optimization, financial modeling, and risk management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAS or other data/analysis platforms.
• Exposure to regulatory banking standards that impact deposit products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver deposit growth targets across CSBB deposit products and channels through pricing and strategy.
• Develop strategies to grow share of wallet via digital, branch, call center, and outreach with marketing.
• Support incentive design, production goals, and forecasting across CSBB deposits.
• Efficiently manage deposit rate paid to optimize funding costs and profitability.
• Prepare senior leader business reviews and communicate analytics insights to stakeholders.
