Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Operations, IS, or equivalent.
- 5+ years in product operations, revenue operations, deal desk, or related SaaS.
- Hands-on Salesforce Conga (Apttus) experience incl. catalog management & pricing.
- Proven cross-functional process-improvement track record with measurable outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; executive-ready docs.
- Strong project management; multi-workstream delivery.
- Willingness to travel quarterly (10–20%).
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end commercialization—from product definition through SKU creation to Launch.
- Establish and improve SOPs, tooling, and governance to scale across portfolio.
- Partner with Product Management to translate offerings into sellable constructs.
- Define, monitor, and report SLAs, KPIs, and quality metrics.
- Stay current on AI/ML in CPQ; surface forward-looking recommendations.
