Job summary

BAC (Baltimore Aircoil Company, Inc.) is seeking a Pricing Analyst in Maryland to analyze pricing data, manage price approvals, and drive profitable growth across all channels. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, IT and Global teams to optimize pricing, commissions, and system enhancements.

The role requires a quantitative degree, 1–2 years of analytics experience, and strong MS O365 skills. Expect on-site work with occasional travel and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (e.g. computer science, economics, statistics, mathematics, etc.)
• 1–2 years of business analytics experience, in a B2B environment
• Good program and project management skills, including proficiency with MS O365 applications
• Good written and oral communications skills in business and technical writing styles
• Excellent data management, analysis and visualization skills
• Ability to interpret computer code to understand logic and flow of programs

Responsibilities

• Develop a process to periodically review and update unit and part pricing for profitability.
• Implement price increases in SAP and communicate changes to the sales force.
• Create and maintain price lists for OEM, Joint Venture, Licensee, and Intercompany accounts.
• Maintain currency exchange rates in front-end systems and publish updates to sales.
• Manage the commissions process and respond to inquiries from the sales force.
• Maintain CPQ pricing approval level tables and participate in approvals where applicable.
• Develop and execute programs to support BAC strategies and profitable growth.
• Test prototype systems, document processes for training, audit, and archive purposes.
• Create technical specs for software and process development to drive improvements.
• Develop dashboards to communicate progress and KPIs and track price realization.
