BAC (Baltimore Aircoil Company, Inc.) is seeking a Senior Contract Analyst to work with customers and sales reps to expedite contract portions, track status, review content, and identify legal issues for finalization. The role aims to reduce liability while maximizing sales opportunities and requires negotiation experience in construction contracting.

Reporting to the North America Contract Manager, the role collaborates with sales, manufacturing, engineering, and purchasing teams to lead

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of negotiations or contracting experience.
• Excellent customer service with strong verbal and written communication.
• Strong ability to interpret legal contract wording.
• Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with contract management systems and AI redlining tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate purchase order terms to obtain favorable terms.
• Enforce policies to reduce risk and explain them to Sales offices as needed.
• Respond to customer needs with empathy and urgency.
• Verify accuracy of orders against the purchase order.
• Understand construction contracts to define scope and commercial risks.
• Negotiate clearly balancing commercial needs with risk.
• Communicate with customers to foster retention and positive experience.
• Manage insurance certificates for specific contracts and warranty support.
• Initiate and renew customer blanket terms and conditions agreements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
