D3 Search is recruiting for a Director of Reporting & Pricing on behalf of a NY-based international law practice with a Los Angeles presence. The role drives pricing strategy and financial reporting, partnering with leadership and firm functions to enable data-driven decisions and profitability.

The candidate will lead pricing and reporting teams, develop reports and pricing proposals, and ensure accurate rate configurations across matters, with advanced skills in Aderant, SQL, Power BI, and MS

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years’ experience handling pricing strategies and financial reporting in a law practice.

Responsibilities

Manage the pricing/reporting and client/timekeeper data teams.
Conduct performance evaluations for department staff.
Review and approve timecards and PTO for department staff.
Prepare monthly and annual reports.
Create reports to analyze firm financial metrics and profitability.
Develop and prepare pricing proposals in response to RFP requirements while ensuring compliance with firm policies.
Review client/matter/timekeeper data for accuracy.
Assist in managing firm and client rates and annual increases.
Create SSRS or Power BI reports as needed.
Possess advanced technical skills including Aderant, Power BI, MS Excel and MS SQL.
