Job summary

Loeb & Loeb LLP seeks a Director of Reporting & Pricing to lead the development, analysis, and refinement of the firm’s pricing strategies and financial reporting. You will partner with firm leadership, Practice Groups, Finance, BD, and Data teams to ensure accurate rate configurations and reliable reporting for strategic insight.

This role requires advanced SQL, Aderant, Power BI and Excel skills, plus 5+ years in roles with increasing leadership responsibility, ideally in the legal industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience, legal industry preferred.
• 3+ years’ managerial experience.
• Proficient in Aderant, SQL or Power BI, and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and annual reports.
• Prepare ad hoc client reports including time details and assignments.
• Create reports to analyze firm financial metrics and profitability.
• Develop and prepare pricing proposals in response to RFP requirements while ensuring compliance with firm policies.
• Review client/matter/timekeeper data for accuracy.
• Assist in managing firm and client rates and annual increases.
• Create SSRS or Power BI reports as needed.
• Organize, manage and review reports for consistency and accuracy.
