Job summary

Friedman Williams seeks a Director of Reporting & Pricing in Los Angeles, CA, hybrid role (3 days on-site, 2 days remote). You will oversee pricing strategy, financial reporting, profitability analysis, and client/timekeeper data, leading a small team and partnering with senior Finance leadership and practice groups.

The role requires expert SQL, Power BI, Aderant, and Excel skills, with a track record of data-driven decision making in a professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of pricing, financial reporting, or related experience, preferably in professional services.
• Demonstrated leadership of teams and processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong pricing, profitability analysis, and financial reporting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing and financial reporting functions to support profitability and data-driven decisions.
• Manage pricing/reporting and data teams; coach, evaluate, and develop staff.
• Develop pricing proposals in response to client RFPs; align with policy and profitability objectives.
• Partner with attorneys and leaders on budgets, pricing estimates, and related financial analysis.
• Prepare monthly/annual/adhoc financial reports for firm leadership and clients.
• Create and validate reports using Power BI, SSRS, SQL, Aderant; maintain data quality.
