The finance team is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to support strategic pricing initiatives, client negotiations, and firmwide profitability efforts. This role will collaborate closely with attorneys, finance leadership, and business development to drive data-driven pricing strategies and enhance client value.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners, finance, and business development to design and evaluate competitive pricing proposals for both new and existing clients.
• Build dynamic financial models to analyze profitability, rate structures, and alternative fee arrangements (AFAs).
• Track and report client-matter budgets, providing variance analyses, margin insights, and recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Evaluate firmwide rate strategies, discounts, and realization metrics to identify revenue optimization opportunities.
• Develop and maintain pricing dashboards, tools, and reports to support leadership decision-making and business planning.
• Support the continuous improvement of pricing processes, profitability reporting, and client value initiatives.
