Job summary

LG Electronics North America seeks a Senior Pricing & Promotions Manager to develop and execute pricing strategies and promotional plans for Media Entertainment Solutions across retail, e-commerce, club, and distribution channels.

The role partners with Sales, Product, Supply Chain, and Finance to optimize revenue, market share, and profitability through financial modeling and performance analysis. Strong Excel skills, negotiation abilities, and cross-functional influence are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 10+ years advanced experience in consumer electronics industry preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with pricing strategy, promotions, and budget management.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making across organizations.
• Must be willing to work beyond business hours as needed to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage long-term promotional roadmaps considering supply availability, channel inventory levels, competitive activities, and financial objectives.
• Review and evaluate promotional requests from the Sales organization and provide profitability recommendations.
• Develop new product launch pricing strategies, account-specific pricing structures, and margin negotiations across all channels.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Sales organization regarding pricing and promotions.
• Lead promotion and margin negotiations with all accounts.
• Oversee MDF (Market Development Fund) program including budgeting and funding approvals.
• Perform promotional cost analysis, financial forecasting, and profitability simulations.
• Prepare and communicate roadmap updates, price sheets, and SPIFF bulletins weekly and monthly.
• Maintain high accuracy and organization while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
