LG Electronics, Inc. is seeking a bilingual Korean Senior Manager of PP&T (Price, Promotion, and Trade) to drive revenue growth and profitability.

You will lead pricing, promotions, and trade spend, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product Management to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution. The role requires 8+ years in pricing/promo management, strong data-driven insights, and fluency in Korean and English.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field.
• MBA and/or CPA/CFA preferred.
• 8+ years in pricing, promotion management, or trade optimization.
• Experience with pricing strategies (cost-based, competitive, value-based).
• Experience with data warehousing for large datasets.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
• Fluent Korean and English (written and spoken).

• Oversees ROI pre-assessment using sales forecasts to guide strategic resource allocation and investment decisions.
• Develop and execute pricing strategies by aligning with product management to set prices across channels.
• Analyze market trends and competitive pricing to optimize price points.
