You will work with Sales, Product Management, Sales Finance, Supply Chain, and retailers to optimize revenue, market share, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years consumer electronics industry experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with pricing, promotions, and budget management.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Plan long-term promotional roadmaps considering supply availability, channel inventory levels, competitive activities, and financial objectives.
• Review promotional requests and provide recommendations that support profitability.
• Develop new product launch pricing strategies, account-specific pricing structures, and margin negotiations across all channels.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Sales organization regarding pricing and promotions.
• Lead promotion and margin negotiations with all accounts.
• Oversee MDF program, including review and approval of funding requests and management of budgets.
• Perform promotional cost analysis, forecasting, and profitability simulations.
• Communicate roadmap updates, price sheets, and sales communications weekly/monthly.
