LG Electronics is seeking a bilingual Korean Senior Manager of PP&T (Pricing, Promotion, and Trade) to drive revenue growth by shaping pricing, promotions and trade spend. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Product teams to ensure pricing strategies are executed effectively.

The role requires 8+ years in pricing and promotion management, Korean and English fluency, and experience with data warehousing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance or related field.
• MBA and/or professional certification preferred (CPA/CFA).
• 8+ years of pricing, promotion management or trade optimization experience.
• Strong data analysis and pricing strategy experience with cross-functional impact.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ROI pre-assessment using forecasts to guide resource allocation.
• Develop and execute pricing strategies for products across channels.
• Analyze market trends and competitive pricing for optimization opportunities.
• Develop and implement promotional strategies aligned with business goals.
• Monitor promotional performance and adjust as needed.
• Create trade plans with Sales, Marketing, and Finance alignment.
• Optimize trade spend to improve ROI for key customers.
• Present pricing analysis and recommendations to senior leadership.
