Job summary

Xometry in Lexington, KY is seeking a Senior Manager, Pricing & Profitability to partner with the Sales organization and unlock growth while protecting margins. You will translate field insights into pricing strategies, discounts, and growth-enabling features.

You will work with Product, Data Science, Finance, and Category Management to align levers with company goals, deliver actionable takeaways for MBRs, and help maximize Auto-Quote adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, business analytics, or related field; MBA a plus.
• 5–7+ years in pricing, revenue growth strategy, sales strategy, or analytics (B2B or marketplace experience preferred).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to uncover growth opportunities and improve account economics.
• Identify pricing levers, discount strategies, and governance to protect margins.
• Provide account-level pricing support and performance insights for business reviews.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Finance, and Category Management to align pricing with company goals.
