Job summary

Seaboard-Solutions is seeking a pricing leader for long-term employment with growth opportunities. You will oversee the pricing department, ensure accurate rate proposals, and protect profit margins while complying with regulatory requirements across markets.

You will analyze rates and contracts to offer our customers the most competitive quotes that secure cargo and provide margins. This role requires collaboration with other teams and clear communication in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in pricing within NVOCC transportation and/or freight forwarding.
• Three years of experience managing staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish (read and write).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the pricing department and maintain efficiencies, productivity, job accuracy, and profit margins.
• Analyze rates and/or contracts to offer competitive quotes that secure cargo and provide margin to the company.
• Coordinate with other teams and represent the company’s interests in negotiations and proposals.
