Seaboard Solutions in Miami seeks a Pricing Manager to lead the pricing department, ensuring compliant rate proposals and profitable quotes across NVOCC freight forwarding. You will analyze market conditions and coordinate with carriers to deliver competitive pricing while supervising a team of pricing professionals.

The role requires strong negotiation, bilingual English/Spanish and extensive experience in pricing, with ability to develop reports, SOPs, and training materials to support

Qualifications

• Four years pricing experience in the NVOCC or freight forwarding industry.
• Three years experience managing staff.
• English and Spanish (read/write) in a business environment at an advanced level.
• Advanced computer skills in MS Word, Excel & Outlook.
• Strong time management, detail oriented, able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Document and execute pricing SOPs and service parameters.
• Lead the pricing team to ensure effective execution and compliance.
• Train the team to meet service and regulatory objectives.
• Maintain training materials and records for divisional training.
• Run weekly/biweekly meetings; track tasks and deadlines.
• Negotiate rates with carriers and inland vendors.
• Prepare bids and service proposals for customers.
