Job summary

Blue-Signal-Search is seeking a Pricing Manager, Logistics & Transportation in Phoenix to lead pricing strategy across complex freight operations. This role combines market intelligence, financial analysis, and transportation expertise to influence profitability and growth.

You will work closely with executive leadership to shape pricing decisions, negotiate with carriers and customers, and drive continuous improvement across transportation markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics, finance, or related field preferred.
• At least three years of experience in commercial pricing, revenue optimization, or transportation operations in a logistics-focused environment.
• Broad knowledge of global and North American transportation networks and freight movement.
• Experience with carrier pricing, transportation procurement, or network optimization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute pricing strategies across multiple transportation modes to drive profitability.
• Prepare pricing proposals for customer bids, renewals, and strategic opportunities.
• Analyze transportation costs, market conditions, customer trends, and competitive activity to improve pricing decisions.
• Partner with operations, sales, finance, and leadership to ensure pricing aligns with capabilities and objectives.
• Negotiate transportation rates and pricing agreements with carriers and customers.
• Monitor pricing performance, profitability, and margin trends with a view to continuous improvement.
• Build financial models to support pricing recommendations and planning.
• Leverage reporting tools to present actionable insights to leadership.
• Support ongoing process improvements to increase pricing accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
