Job summary

Novolex in Lake Forest, IL is seeking a Pricing Manager for the FGR Business Unit to lead pricing strategy and profitability initiatives. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to drive profitable growth and market competitiveness while mentoring pricing analysts.

Responsibilities include developing customer-specific pricing, analyzing contract pricing, and delivering insights to senior leadership using BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in pricing, FP&A, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting commercial organizations within manufacturing, packaging or food & beverage.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute pricing strategies that support revenue growth, margin expansion, and market competitiveness.
• Evaluate customer opportunities, contract pricing, and proposals to optimize financial performance.
• Partner with Commercial, Finance, Operations, and Sales to provide pricing recommendations and profitability analysis.
• Monitor market trends, competition, and customer dynamics to identify pricing opportunities and risks.
• Lead and develop pricing analysts and drive improvements in processes, systems, and reporting.
• Present pricing analyses and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
