Job summary

Synechron in Charlotte, NC seeks a Product Pricing Lead with Commercial Lending domain expertise to lead discovery, design, and implementation of a strategic pricing engine. You will bridge business stakeholders, lending operations, treasury, finance and technology to define pricing strategy, document logic, prioritize MVP capabilities and drive business acceptance.

Qualifications

• Experience with pricing platforms in Banking/Financial Services.
• Proven product management or pricing leadership in Commercial Lending.
• Strong knowledge of pricing governance, rules, and decision models.

Responsibilities

• Define MVP scope, roadmap, and feature prioritization.
• Drive pricing outcomes, backlog management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Discover and document current-state pricing rules, logic, and decision models.
• Translate requirements into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and pricing rules.
• Lead UAT, business validation, and stakeholder sign-offs.
