Qualifications

Experience in Product Management, Pricing Strategy, Business Analysis, or Commercial Lending within Banking and Financial Services.

Responsibilities

Define MVP scope, roadmap, and feature prioritization.
Drive pricing outcomes, backlog management, and stakeholder alignment.
Discover and document current-state pricing rules, logic, and decision models.
Provide SME expertise in Commercial Lending products, relationship pricing, profitability, FTP, and risk-based pricing.
Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and pricing rules.
Lead UAT, business validation, and stakeholder sign-offs.
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, lending operations, treasury, finance, and technology teams.
Lead discovery, design, and implementation of a strategic Product Pricing Engine.
