Job summary

CareMetx, LLC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support HUB Pricing. You will price new and existing business, build pricing tools, and model profitability across client programs, reporting to the Director, Finance.

This role requires strong Excel and PowerPoint, experience with ERP and data visualization, and the ability to translate complex analyses into actionable insights for sales, operations, and finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3-5 years FP&A, pricing or accounting experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Advanced Excel skills and PowerPoint required.
• Experience with ERP and data visualization tools (Power BI, Think-Cell).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain pricing models for RFPs and new business opportunities.
• Update revenue, cost, and financial forecasts for budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
• Analyze financial data for month-end close and external reporting.
• Develop dashboards and visual reports for internal stakeholders.
• Support contract renewals, amendments, and re-pricing events.
