Under the general supervision of the Director, Finance, the Senior Financial Analyst will serve as a core analytical resource for CareMetx’s pricing function — building and maintaining pricing models for Requests for Proposals (RFPs), monitoring client- and program-level profitability against contracted terms, and supporting contract renewals, amendments, and re‑pricing efforts in partnership with Sales, Operations, Account Management and Finance leadership. Working under the direction of the Director of Finance, the Senior Financial Analyst will price new and existing business, track post‑launch performance versus deal pro formas, quantify the financial impact of scope changes and alternative pricing structures, and contribute to the month‑end Board reporting package — particularly the views that tie client deal economics back to forecast and budget. Keys to success in this role include (i) a strong analytical skillset, including the ability to disaggregate and understand the drivers of revenue and profitability at the client and program level, (ii) intellectual curiosity with a high attention to detail, (iii) a proactive, hands‑on approach to problem solving, including building data sets and pricing tools that surface insights for management, and (iv) clear written and verbal communication of analytical findings to both finance and commercial audiences. High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint is required. Comfort working with financial ERP and operational data, as well as data visualization / reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Think‑Cell, etc.) is preferred.
