Job summary

Ascend is seeking an analytical FP&A Pricing Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team. You will build financial models, analyze pricing strategies, and influence executive decisions to drive revenue growth.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to forecast pricing outcomes, support budgets, and develop insights from competitive markets. Proficiency in Excel and BI tools is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related quantitative field.
• 3+ years in FP&A, pricing analysis, or financial modeling.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivots, modeling); BI tools a plus.
• Strong communication to translate data for non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain pricing models to evaluate scenarios and price points.
• Analyze the impact of pricing changes on margins and profitability.
• Develop pricing segmentation across customers, channels, and products.
• Create executive dashboards tracking pricing KPIs.
• Support budgeting and forecasting with pricing assumptions.
