Job summary

Silgan Containers is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst - Pricing to join our Brookfield, WI team. You will support financial forecasting and analysis, accounting, contract administration, and business operations while partnering across departments and levels of our $2 billion company.

In this role, you will analyze pricing strategies, manage price and sales allowances for major customers, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to drive revenue and margin optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or Business required.
• Five+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; advanced Excel modeling required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sr. Vice President of Sales and Marketing with periodic volume analytics and reports.
• Partner with department managers and senior leadership to perform financial and business analyses of critical initiatives.
• Forecast monthly P&L and annual budget for assigned accounts.
• Complete price and sales allowance administration for significant customers; prepare, record, issue, and reconcile contractual sales allowances and credits.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and studies for Senior Management and Sales.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple priorities and timelines.
