Job summary

Strattec is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst - Operations to join our finance team at the Glendale, WI headquarters. The role focuses on plant-level financial reporting, cost control, and operational decision support, partnering with plant, procurement and quality functions to ensure accurate financial results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; 3-5 years of experience in finance, cost accounting, or FP&A; manufacturing experience preferred.
• CPA preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ability to learn new systems and reporting tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across finance and operations.
• Organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Monthly accounting, analysis and financial close for freight and logistics costs; track cost trends by lane, carrier and program.
• Lead tariff accounting and cost tracking; quantify exposure and mitigation opportunities.
• Accumulate tariff documentation and prepare tariff support packages for customers.
• Investigate variances and connect results to operational drivers.
• Prepare and maintain plant-level accruals; ensure timely recognition per US GAAP.
• Participate in month-end close activities across operations finance.
• Support plant budgeting, forecasting and reporting; prepare variance analyses for leadership.
• Collaborate with plant operations to build annual operating budget and reforecast as needed.
• Track plant scorecards and CI savings; support inventory and working capital analytics.
