Job summary

Shaw Industries Group, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Pricing Execution to lead day-to-day pricing operations across residential and commercial sectors.

You will own pricing governance, system integrity, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Product teams to deliver market-aligned pricing. The role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a track record of optimizing margins in multi-channel environments with SOX-compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive pricing, sales operations, finance, or related experience in a multi-channel environment.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and manage execution in a matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities at all organizational levels.
• Knowledge of pricing principles, including cost-to-serve and value-based pricing, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the rollout and maintenance of pricing strategies, ensuring accuracy and alignment with goals.
• Manage pricing systems and governance, data integrity, and user access across platforms.
• Oversee pricing approvals, exception handling, and escalation with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance.
• Drive continuous improvement to pricing workflows, training materials, and playbooks.
