Job summary

Shaw Industries Group, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager of Supply Chain Analytics & Insights to lead a team of analysts, turning trusted data into actionable dashboards, reports, and AI-enabled solutions across sourcing, procurement, and operations.

You will partner with IT and business stakeholders to translate strategy into scalable analytics products, drive decision-making, and deliver measurable business value in a global supply chain context.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics, supply chain, or procurement experience.
• 2+ years leading teams or cross-functional projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency with PowerBI, Databricks, SQL, Python, Tableau.
• Experience deploying AI-enabled analytics or automation initiatives.
• Global sourcing or international business experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysts and manage analytics projects within the supply chain.
• Develop scalable analytics products, dashboards, and reports.
• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to translate requirements into analytics solutions.
• Establish data quality standards and governance for analytics assets.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled analytics and automation across functions.
• Lead change-management efforts and cross-functional training.
