Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 5–7 years of combined experience in business, accounting, or finance.
• Prior experience in Medical Devices preferred.
• Experience with SalesForce, PowerBI, CPQ, CLM, or other Conga or Pros contract workflow systems preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Word and PowerPoint; Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to manage customer contracts and pricing requirements
• Own contract creation from development through execution using internal Abbott and external customer templates
• Create custom contractual language
• Review and redline business contract terms
• Negotiate contractual terms with internal and external customers
• Execute formal requests for proposals and requests for information
• Support the Group Lead and Contract Manager with price approval requests, basic pricing analyses, and contract creation and maintenance
• Train sales teams on requirements, policies, and procedures
• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving to complex customer requirements and requests
• Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders and customers
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders and working styles
• Participate in special projects and perform other assigned duties
