The role requires senior leadership collaboration, oversight of pricing strategy, GTN forecasting, and contract administration across Medicare/Medicaid, GPOs and institutions. Strong Excel, PowerPoint and cross-functional communication are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field required; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years in industry; pricing/contracting focus preferred.
• Fluent English; strong negotiation and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience with GTN forecasting and reimbursement concepts.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of market access contracts with hospitals, GPOs, and payers.
• Develop pre-/post-deal analytics and support negotiations.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Brand on contract drafting and reviews.
• Maintain contract tracking and transition to ops teams.
• Provide insights for GTN forecasting and pricing decisions.
