Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline; 8+ years in payer contracting, contract administration or analytics within pharma or life sciences.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex analytics and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payer contract development, including pre-deal analytics, negotiations and post-deal analytics.
• Maintain processes and documentation across Finance, Legal and Market Access teams to support contracting.
• Coordinate communications on status of contract development and execution; transition executed contracts to operational teams.
