Woodward HRT/MPC is seeking a Pricing Analyst II to conduct in-depth pricing analysis, develop models, and collaborate across sales, marketing, product management, finance, and operations to optimize pricing and profitability. The role requires manufacturing pricing experience and strong data skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing pricing, pricing analysis, or revenue management.
• Strong Excel data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, and reporting skills.
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Exposure to SAP or S/4HANA, especially for pricing, finance, or order data.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and turn findings into clear recommendations.
• Strong financial and quantitative analysis skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams such as sales, finance, marketing, or product management.
• Good communication skills for explaining pricing insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors in pricing or financial data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth pricing analysis and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Monitor and report on key pricing metrics and adjust as needed for success.
• Execute day-to-day pricing processes and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop pricing plans and promotions.
• Develop and maintain pricing models, templates, and dashboards.
• Analyze cost changes, margin impact, and price variance to support decisions.
• Support pricing requests, quotes, and contract pricing processes.
• Partner with sales teams on deal pricing and approvals.
• Review customer contracts and pricing terms for profitability.
• Identify pricing exceptions, errors, and leakage, and support governance processes.
• Prepare pricing reports and presentations for leadership.
