Schneider Electric seeks a Strategic Pricing Consultant to support the Industrial Automation US growth. You will work with finance, product, sales, and pricing to develop forecasts, pricing strategies, and insights that drive profitable market share.

Responsibilities include price forecasting, strategy development, and leading cross-functional pricing discussions to inform decisions, backed by rigorous data analyses and market benchmarking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in pricing analysis, business analytics, or a related role.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau; experience with Python or R is a plus.
• Strong understanding of pricing methodologies, including elasticity, value-based pricing, and competitive benchmarking.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Highly analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and a passion for turning data into actionable insights.

The Strategic Pricing Consultant is a price strategy role and is responsible for supporting the Schneider Electric Industrial Automation US growth ambitions. The Strategic Pricing Consultant is a key role collaborating with lines of business leaders in finance, product, sales, and pricing.

Primary responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Develop, monitor, and report on price forecasting for Industrial Automation
• Develop and evolve pricing strategies tailored to theIndustrial Automation segment growth ambitions, ensuring market relevance and profitable market share growth
• Lead pricing update calls and collaborate with cross-functional teams includingOffer Management, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Channel Marketing, and Global Pricingto communicate pricing strategies, scenarios, and decisions clearly to internal stakeholders
• Support customer-facing teams with pricing insights and recommendations
• Conductdeep-dive data analysison competitive pricing, customer behavior, brand value perception, and price elasticity to inform pricing decisions
• Build and maintaincompetitive cross-reference toolsto benchmark against key competitors and identify pricing opportunities
• Stay current onindustry trends, market dynamics, and competitor pricing strategiesto proactively adjust pricing models

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 142,400 - USD 213,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
