Job summary

Ecowaste Solutions is seeking a Pricing Analyst to shape pricing for residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal waste services. You will build pricing models, assess profitability, and partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance to support strategic decisions.

The role requires at least 5 years in pricing/financial analysis, heavy Excel use, and experience with BI tools. This position is based in Coppell, TX and offers a competitive base salary with benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of pricing analysis experience.
Experience in waste management, environmental services, logistics, or another route-based, asset-intensive industry strongly preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
Experience with BI/reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau, and familiarity with SQL, a plus.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
Experience working with ERP, route, or billing systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain pricing models for residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal waste service contracts
Analyze cost drivers — labor, fuel, disposal/tipping fees, equipment — to ensure pricing supports margin targets
Evaluate contract profitability and flag underperforming accounts for repricing or renegotiation
