You will collaborate with Divisional, Regional and Corporate teams to analyze trends and KPI data, driving insights that influence high-level financial decisions.

Ideal candidates have a strong operational mindset, autonomy, and several years in accounting/finance, with experience in the waste industry preferred.

Qualifications

• BS/BA/BBA in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• 7+ years progressive accounting/financial management experience.
• 3+ years direct finance/accounting or operational experience in the Waste Industry preferred.
• Ability to manage complex and dynamic situations with strategic priorities.
• High autonomy with team orientation and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint; experience with financial software.

Responsibilities

• Develop proformas, conduct financial due diligence and track post‑closing synergies.
• Review actual financial data to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Assist in raising capital and manage debt facilities administration.
• Provide insights using process improvement methods to drive performance.
• Analyze trends, KPI data and budget to support strategic decisions.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and maintain internal control processes.
