Job summary

Ecowaste Solutions is seeking a Pricing Analyst to shape pricing for residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal waste services. You will build pricing models, assess profitability, and partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance to support strategic decisions.

The role requires at least 5 years in pricing/financial analysis, heavy Excel use, and experience with BI tools. This position is based in Coppell, TX and offers a competitive base salary with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of pricing analysis experience.
• Experience in waste management, environmental services, logistics, or another route-based, asset-intensive industry strongly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
• Experience with BI/reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau, and familiarity with SQL, a plus.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
• Experience working with ERP, route, or billing systems is a plus.

As our Pricing Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping how Ecowaste Solutions prices its services — analyzing market data, contract terms, and cost structures to help the business grow profitably. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance to build pricing models, evaluate contract profitability, and support strategic pricing decisions across our residential, commercial, and municipal lines of business. This role requires at least 5 years of pricing, financial, or analytical experience, ideally within waste management, environmental services, or another asset-intensive, route-based industry.
