Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Pricing Analyst to join the Mission Systems Pricing and Cost Estimating team. This individual contributor role supports pricing Navy and Air Force proposals, including cost/price development, negotiations, and audits.

The ideal candidate will build complex proposals, conduct detailed analyses, articulate risks and opportunities, and work with contracts, engineering, procurement, and program management to ensure pricing accuracy and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.
• University degree with 8+ years experience or advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Compile cost, schedule, and technical elements for complex proposals per FAR.
• Understand cost burdening and fee application for accurate pricing.
• Prepare financial summaries and present key takeaways to senior management.
• Lead customer fact-finding, negotiations, and audits with contracts.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams for informed decisions.
• Assess financial implications of pricing strategies and ensure data integrity.
• Identify and quantify proposal risks and opportunities.
• Participate in internal/external audits with limited supervision.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and FAR/DFARS.
