Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Principal/Senior Principal Pricing Analyst to lead cost proposals for government and commercial customers. Onsite full time, you will develop, review, and present estimates while ensuring FAR/DFAR/TINA compliance and alignment with company policy.

The role requires a Bachelor's (or Master’s) in business, accounting, or finance and extensive experience with BOE, different contract types, and security clearances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 5 years government contracts/estimating experience, or 3 years with a Master's degree.
• Must obtain and maintain a US Government Secret Level Security Clearance.
• Familiarity with FAR, DFAR, CAS, TINA and related procurement regulations.
• Experience with Basis of Estimate (BOE) and BOE quality analysis.
• Experience bidding FF P, CPFF, CPIF, CPAF, T&M contracts.
• Strong costing and pricing concepts knowledge.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develops, analyzes, evaluates, coordinates, prepares, and supports government and commercial cost proposals.
• Reviews RFPs and proposal documents for compliance with customer specs and policy.
• Ensures estimating system compliance and interprets RFP requirements.
• Interfaces with management and staff across levels daily.
• Provides reviews of all estimates before delivery to senior management.
• Prepares and presents costs to management, customers, and auditors.
• Ensures FAR/TINA compliance in cost proposal prep, submission, and negotiations.
• Supports audit requests, fact-finding, and program budget baseline processes.
• Supports various business management and operations functions.
• Creates and administers pricing databases and implements pricing proposals.
• Ensures FAR/DFAR compliance and supports proposal approvals.
• Supports front-end business acquisition by developing proposals.
• Be point of contact for government audit inquiries and RFIs.
