Strategic Pricing Analyst (Experienced or Senior)

Boeing’s Global Services (BGS) organization is seeking a Strategic Pricing Analyst, at either Experienced or Senior level, to join the Commercial Spares Pricing and Performance team in Hialeah, Florida. As a Pricing Analyst, you will develop impactful analysis in support of aircraft operators around the globe. Your role will include developing competitive, market-based pricing and customer tailored strategies across the highly competitive transactional business and will have the opportunity to make significant contributions to the growth of BGS.

Position Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex data sets and development of commercial insights with business recommendations
• Identify data requirements, collect, analyze and interpret data to support pricing initiatives
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver competitive, market-based pricing analysis that frames market trends and competitive insights
• Implement process enhancements to improve communication with commercial customers and pricing accuracy
• Develop and maintain partnerships with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are being met and team priorities accomplished
• Up to 10% domestic travel

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of experience with large Database Management Systems (DBMS) requiring proficiency in SQL (complex queries, stored procedures, triggers) and database design
• 1+ years of experience with organizational and team building skills performed in a cross‑functional environment
• Experience creating and analyzing data to identify data trends and communicate a story to depict findings
• 10% domestic travel

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

• 5+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience using SAP
• Experience with Python or Tableau
• Experience or training in Business Development, Finance, and/or Pricing
• Detail-oriented, organized, strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team while meeting deadlines
