Roadrunner is seeking a Pricing Engineer in Downers Grove, IL for data-driven pricing decisions in a fast-paced environment. You will analyze customer and market data, build models in Excel, and support bids to optimize margin and capacity across our Smart Long Haul network.

Ideal candidates have a STEM degree and 3+ years in analytics, with strong Excel skills, SQL exposure, and the ability to translate numbers into actionable pricing insights for cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, or quantitative analysis.
• 3+ years of analytics, engineering, or data-focused experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute pricing work with speed and accuracy.
• Analyze customer and market data to develop pricing recommendations.
• Support bids for direct customers and 3PLs, balancing yield and capacity.
• Build and maintain pricing models using Excel and internal systems.
• Manage daily workflow independently and meet deadlines.
