Job summary

CertainTeed, based in Malvern, PA, is seeking a Pricing Specialist to support the Siding Products Group pricing. This role analyzes customer programs, processes credits and rebates, and collaborates with sales and customer master to resolve pricing issues.

Proficiency with Price Fx, SAP, QlikView and Excel is essential, along with strong communication and process improvement skills. The position reports to the Pricing Team and offers day-to-day pricing support for Territory and Regional

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 2+ years progressive pricing or sales-support experience.
Without a degree, at least 4 years in pricing, customer service or accounting.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities and PC skills.

Responsibilities

Review, manage, administer and analyze customer programs and pricing.
Process credits, rebates and pricing-related transactions accurately and timely.
Resolve pricing disputes with customers, sales and management.
Use Price Fx, SAP, QlikView and Excel to calculate and back up payouts.
Support Territory/Regional managers with pricing inquiries and rebates.
Identify and implement process improvements to reduce disputes and cycle times.
