Job summary

Paycom is seeking a pricing analyst to manage and improve pricing systems and quotation processes in the Richmond, VA area. You will perform cost analyses on new projects, develop business cases for approvals, and track changes across the full quoting lifecycle.

The role requires a college degree or equivalent experience, with two+ years in pricing analytics. ERP/SAP skills and strong cross-functional collaboration are essential; occasional domestic travel may be required.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Two years’ pricing, analytics, and process development experience.
• Experience with industrial or technical products a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve pricing systems and the quotation process.
• Provide cost analysis on new projects based on production costs, margins, and customer data.
• Develop a business case for approval and track changes through the process.
• Report monthly metrics on pipeline, wins, losses, etc.
• Serve as liaison between customers, Sales, Engineering, and Operations.
