Job summary

Marathon Petroleum Company LP in Findlay, Ohio, is seeking a seasoned Pricing & Allocation Director to lead light products rack pricing and allocation across marketing regions. You will develop integrated pricing strategies, coach the Pricing team, and ensure compliant governance of allocation processes while optimizing margin capture.

You will collaborate with senior leaders across the value chain to align pricing policy with commercial strategy, respond to market dynamics, and drive system

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related discipline required.
• Twelve (12) years of industry or related experience (i.e., supply, trading, optimization, or marketing) required.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to the Pricing team and is accountable for performance and results across multiple trading-basis markets.
• Develops, integrates, and executes pricing strategies, annual plans, and priorities that ensure market competitiveness and margin capture.
• Establishes direction and coaching to Pricing team members across four regions, revising forecasts as needed.
• Directs allocation governance and sets objectives for allocating rack sales across Brand, Wholesale and Fuel Source classes.
• Leads development and implementation of pricing and allocation system enhancements to address complex needs.
• Provides enterprise leadership on pricing and market intelligence to align with commercial strategy.
• Ensures compliance with laws, internal controls, and audit requirements.
