Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Twelve (12) years of industry or related experience (i.e., supply, trading, optimization, or marketing) required.

Responsibilities

• Provides enterprise leadership for pricing and allocation strategy across multiple markets and classes of trade.
• Leads and coaches Pricing team, directs allocation governance and system enhancements.
• Ensures compliance with laws, controls, and audit requirements while communicating decisions to senior leaders.
• Develops and executes integrated pricing strategies and annual plans.
• Interacts with senior stakeholders to align pricing policies with commercial strategy.
• Drives system/process enhancements for pricing and allocation to meet market dynamics.
