Responsibilities

• Develops contracting strategies with key suppliers and regional/local sourcing plans.
• Leads bid package process from development through PO execution and aligns stakeholder requirements.
• Leads the preparation and negotiation of terms and conditions for service and/or supply agreements; manages rate sheets.
• Performs benchmark analyses and data interpretation to support decision-making, including TCO and should-cost modeling.
• Acts as liaison to ensure contract compliance and minimize risk for stakeholders and business units.
• Fosters internal and external communications across operational functions; serves as primary contact for supply-chain needs.
• Identifies opportunities for value creation (cost savings/avoidance, revenue enhancement) and supports cost-savings initiatives.
• Collaborates with business units to develop sourcing strategies and manage commercial initiatives.
