Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
10+ years of strategic, policy, or planning experience.
6+ years of managerial experience within policy framework.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-aligned strategy and policy development for Refining.
Shape long-range and near-term strategy through analysis of assets, markets, and performance.
Manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives from framing to execution and benefits realization.
Make authoritative recommendations on strategic options, operating models, and capital allocation.
Partner across refining operations, commercial, and corporate teams for integrated solutions.
Build organizational capability through clear direction and leadership coaching.
