Job summary

Napakiak Environmental and Construction (NEC) seeks a PM Planner to coordinate preventive maintenance and condition-based tasks, ensuring accurate CMMS records and safe workflows. You will develop detailed work packages, verify resources, and lead safety-compliant planning with the Reliability Engineer.

You will prioritize thorough documentation, effective cross-team communication, and timely close-out of plans, contributing to equipment reliability and safety across the site.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in an industrial maintenance environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and maintenance best practices.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical or electrical systems preferred.
• Advanced CMMS experience (SAP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed, standardized work packages for preventive and condition-based maintenance.
• Write clear work instructions including scope, sequence, labor, tools, materials, and equipment.
• Identify parts, consumables and resources for job execution.
• Perform field walkdowns to scope jobs and identify hazards.
• Ensure safety permits (LOTO, JHA) and regulatory requirements are integrated into work packages.
• Close-out work packages accurately in the CMMS after completion.
• Collaborate with Reliability Engineer to refine PM strategies; incorporate feedback.
• Maintain PM documentation and communicate requirements across teams.
