Invoke Staffing partners with a growing regional construction management firm to hire a Senior Preconstruction Manager in Raleigh.

This role leads the entire preconstruction process from inception through contract execution, coordinating with clients, design partners, subcontractors, and the internal project team to establish schedules, timelines, budgets, and final contract specifications across diverse projects.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of preconstruction management experience with a general contractor.
• Strong track record leading preconstruction on complex, multi-phase projects.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Comfortable managing relationships with ownership, leadership, design teams, and clients.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the preconstruction process end-to-end, from project inception through contract execution.
• Establish the preconstruction schedule, agreement, and fee structure, and execute with the owner.
• Lead design meetings; record and distribute minutes when responsible.
• Present budgets to Project Managers, Executives, and VPs; lead external budget presentations.
• Manage internal meetings and keep CRM current with project status and metrics.
• Issue preconstruction RFIs to owners/architects; review documents against design phase checklists.
• Draft and maintain the preconstruction schedule aligning with client delivery expectations.
• Lead project kickoff meetings with owners, architects, and consultants.
• Support the transition from preconstruction to construction phases.
• Direct the daily work of Estimators and Preconstruction Managers.
• Monitor budget deliverables, timelines, and expenses against commitments.
