Responsibilities
- Lead the preconstruction process from conceptual budgeting through project turnover.
- Prepare detailed conceptual and hard-bid estimates for commercial construction projects.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors during preconstruction.
- Develop and manage project budgets, value engineering options, and cost-saving strategies.
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth transition from preconstruction to construction.
